Next, on Luxor's East Bank, explore Karnak and Luxor Temple. Begin with the Avenue of Sphinxes, visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 colossal columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis III, the Temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, and the Sacred Lake.

Day 4: Aswan and return to Cairo
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Luxor before checking out at 7:00 a.m. You'll be picked up from your Luxor hotel and transferred to Aswan, with two stops along the way.
First, explore Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. It was built during the Ptolemaic period and provides valuable insights into language, mythology, and religion during the Greco-Roman era in ancient Egypt.
Next, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, an unusual double temple in Kom Ombo, constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty. It houses additions made during the Roman period.
Upon arrival in Aswan around 12:00 noon, continue your day with a visit to the Philae Temple, situated on an island in the Nile. This temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis.
